Welcome to the Network Test this month. Make sure you follow the steps given on this page.
Step 1: Run the Network Test
Network Test Display
The initial display of the Network Test is as follows.
Run the Network Test
Network Test will start automatically.
Make sure your internet connection is stable and your phone screen remains active.
Please wait until the test is complete (all cells are filled) or until the display "COMPLETE" appears.
Make sure all the values in the network test appear.
If you receive an N/A result when the Network Test completes, please repeat the Network Test by refreshing the page.
If you still get N/A after repeating the Network Test, please do one of the following:
Please wait for 5 minutes before performing the Network Test again, then refresh the Network Test page to perform the Network Test again.
Copy the Network Test Link and run it in another browser or in incognito mode.
Change network provider to one that has a better connection.
The following is an example of a Network Test display containing N/A.
The following is an example of a Network Test display that should be CORRECT because it does not have an N/A value.
Note: If all the methods above still give an N/A value, please continue to Export JSON with the results.
Step 2: Download JSON or TXT File
Download File
Make sure all cells are filled before you start the download process.
Once the Network Test is complete, click the "Export JSON" button to save the file to your device.
Save File
The file will be saved in .JSON or .TXT extension format.
Make sure you save the JSON or TXT file in an easily accessible location, as you will need this file for upload in the next step.
